Lovely staff at an excellent property. The cleanliness of the room and kitchen area, hotel areas and breakfast area was impeccable. The breakfast was delicious offering cereals, omlettes, sausage, self boil eggs, fruit, yoghurt, cheese, ham, nuts and various breads and pastries. Coffee was from a machine but one of the best expresso I have had.

This is regarding the daily cleaning service for my room, during my recent stay of four nights, I noticed that the room was not cleaned on a daily basis. I had expected daily cleaning services to be included. I did speak with the cleaning staff meet in the corridor, and he mentioned that I should discuss this matter with the reception team. I would appreciate if this property could clarify the cleaning policies and ensure that daily cleaning services are provided.

A good and cost-effective accommodation for short stays around Versailles. Very good breakfast and available staff.

There is not A/C in the apartment but luckily the weather was cool and we opened the windows

the overall experience is good. the property is a bit old and needs more maintenance or renovation but they have everything you need and the staff is very friendly. the location is easy access to supermarket and bakery and shops. location is quiet and secured.

Noisey. Check in slow. Room card didn’t work.

Clean and reasonably comfy. Good facilities in the room. No bar. Only 2 or 3 restaurants nearby. Did not clean the room after the first night. Breakfast adequate. It was ok.

Hotel is close to Versailles. Quiet location with ample parking in secure lot. Check in was a bit frustrating as the staff was initially convinced that we had no reservation despite Expedia confirmation email; took a bit for them to locate it. Room was small with a lot of furniture for the size. Everything from the kitchenette to the bathroom to the linens were pretty clean. Bed was pretty uncomfortable. Wifi was pretty good, easy to connect to. Not too much in the general vicinity with only a few restaurant options and one express market within walking distance.

Very comfortable stay, the room was nice and clean, and the bed was super comfortable, after sleeping few hours I felt like I've slept few days! The service is good
