Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. The spacious bathroom was a wonderful surprise, and the ReFa hair dryer made the experience feel even more luxurious. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay.
If you’re visiting Karatsu, I highly recommend staying here, exploring the town, and enjoying the fresh local seafood.
We would definitely love to stay here again.

Clean and spacious room.
Staff were helpful and welcoming.
Breakfast was great but there were a lot of guests for such a big hotel and so a bit crowded during breakfast.
Hot spring baths were a bit crowded too.
Close to attractions, for instance, Karatsu castle is highly recommended, and lot of dinning options.
A lot of shopping options too but they are sparse and easier to access with your own car.
Parking was alright but a bit crowded as well.

とても良い A little old hotel, and need transportation to go out to town, but close to beach. Big bath was great.
Hotel provides transportation between hotel and couple stations.

Merci à tous pour l’accueil, la propreté, la chambre était vaste, le petit déjeuner était excellent, Konod nous a accueilli tous les jours avec le sourire.
Nous remercions toute l’équipe.
Il y a des tas de belles choses à voir à Karatsu.

The room was clean, the staff was super friendly, restaurant buffet was great, ample parking.

Staff are friendly. The room is spacious but the decor is quite old. The bed and pillow is fairly comfortable. There are plenty of choices in the buffet dinner and breakfast. The public bath only has a big indoor tub.
