Location on the edge of the sea was beautiful - with sunloungers available and access for swimming directly in the sea. It was a little bit further out of Hvar Town than we would have liked but it was walkable (just very hot in July) and the taxi to town was Euro20. Breakfast was lovely - especially if you get down early enough to get one of the few outdoor tables with a sea view. Comfort rooms were quite small but well maintained.

The ocean front is incredible and the breakfast is excellent. If we come back to Hvar, we will return.

Merveilleux hôtel-boutique.

A lovely greeting on arrival, helpful staff and beautiful amenities and hotel room. A delight to stay at Hotel Podstine and in Hvar. As a family of three, we very much enjoyed our stay and would love to return

Room was a great size as was the bathroom with a really nice walk in shower. Balcony had a fantastic view of the gardens and the sea. The staff were all very friendly and super helpful. Breakfast had a great selection and the view over the ocean was lovely. Spa and pool were excellent and the access to the sea was easy. Excellent location, easy access to hvar town along a smooth flat seafront walkway. Plenty of parking. Overall a fantastic hotel with great staff, look forward to coming back

Water is cold and the bar is limited

Beach was beautiful. Limited shaded area. Pool water was murky, so we did not use it. Staff refused to check us in before 3pm official check in time. Hotel needs so sprucing up. A 4 star hotel with a flimsy shower head and musty carpets in the hallways of the annex building is not ok. Also, if you’re eating on site, prepare to get gauged.. prices are exorbitant.

Nice location and view. Staff were all pretty unfriendly & unhelpful though. Felt that everything was too much trouble.

The Podstine Hotel is in a beautiful setting with its own private swimming spot and pool. It’s a bit out of the way but worth it for the setting. The breakfast was very good as well as the drinks and lunch that you can eat from your sun bed. The room that we had was rather small and very dark with minimal natural light. We didn’t spend much time in the room so it wasn’t that big of a deal. I did have an amazing massage at their spa.

We loved Podstine Hotel. Great location near town but far enough that it is quiet and very private. The staff was very helpful, specially the waiters over breakfast and lunch, always answering our questions and giving us advise. The beach is pristine and very private. If we ever go back to Hvar, we would definitely stay here again.
