Good gym. Nice lobby Rooms bigger then expected

Appreciate the assistance and service received from Ms. Lynn (Commercial Director) during check-in and referral to excellent Indian restaurant (Diya) near the hotel.

Great hotel, it’s conveniently located . The rooms are big

Wonderful hotel in a great location, with lots of restaurant choices within walking distance. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Kids especially enjoy the in-door swimming pool and the in-room bath tub. Will come back again when visiting the city next time.

Room is super clean and staff was very friendly

The room had mold in bathroom and carpet was old. Staff was amazing and breakfast was good.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Xi’an. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. As a Western visitor traveling in China, I especially appreciated how comfortable, safe, and welcomed they made me feel throughout my stay. Everyone was always willing to help, whether I had questions about the city, needed assistance with transportation, or simply wanted recommendations. The staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and that I was comfortable at all times. The level of hospitality really stood out and made my visit to Xi’an even more enjoyable. I left with a great impression of both the hotel and the people who work there. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi’an.

Nice place

Staff members were very helpful either special mention of Zhao (Jones) at concierge who helped with our transportation to Xian train station and a great restaurant recommendation. Hotel location was perfect, amenities and hotel staff friendly helpful and attentive. The staff at check in noted that we were a family and proactively offered to place us in connecting rooms - this added touch of service was appreciated. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant- food was tasty. Overall a superb experience at Hilton which made our stay in Xian memorable.

Great hotel. Very clean. Good location. Good sized rooms. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Great fruit shop across the street. Would recommend.
