hotel condition is good, stuff are courteous and friendly but the subway construction nearby cause some inconvenience.

When we both poked the He hotel through Hotels.com, we were not informed that the pool is closed and that there is construction right outside the hotel. Due to this, we had issues, and when co fronted the hotel staff, they said they have written on their own website and it’s not their responsibility that Hotels.com didn’t inform us.
Also, the room smelled of cigarette even though we had requested a non-smoking room.
When asked about the spa, which was listed on Hotels.com as a special feature, the hotel management informed us that the spa service is not a part of their hotel and that any claims should be made directly to the spa hotel and not to the hotel.
Overall, we were very disappointed.

最高 Being this was my 1st time to China, I did not know what to expect.
All of the hotel staff were accmidatindating and welcoming, never letting our language barrier interfere.
Every one of them went out of their way to make me feel at home

最高 Executive level room with desk and seating area in good sized room. Comfy bedding. Most importantly the bathroom was big and clean with good shower water pressure!
Breakfast buffet included with Western and Asian selections.

とても良い The only trouble with the hotel is the new metro being build after this is done this hotel value for the stay is very good since the metro will take you all over the Shenzhen area.

良い The room were not as clean as last time when I stayed. Internet was horrible, could hardly get anything done this time with that speed.
