Bad experience. Hotel was very expensive. Room was clean but old.
Bar was closed for renovations. Not happy after paying so much money for a 5 star hotel. Arrange something else if you close the bar!
Room was crazy HOT, AC did not work well if at all. Room was around 26deg. I set to 20 and then turn all lights off and close blinds. Come back 1 hour later and AC is set to 25 again and all lights on. Asked to open windows but no cold came in.
Annoying that you need to take 2 lifts to get to your room. One from 1-6 to get to reception and then another
Worst hotel of my 2 weeks in China and most expensive!
Won’t be staying here again.

Very friendly staff. Front desk waived our parking fees. Door boy offered great help in handling our luggages and it's tip-free. This is in big contrast to US where you pay a lot of tips and they just take it for granted and service still sucks.

I stayed 6 nights for a visit. Great location, wonderful service and staff! The only thing Is not up to the my satisfaction is that the air conditioning is not working well or not able to be adjusted to lower temperatures.

Awaiting for a large group guest checking in ahead of me. Very slow process, waited for more than 25 minutes in the line. Room is clean. The lobby does not have sitting area or other amenities. Would not recommend.
