The staff were very helpful and friendly. Although our room could use some refreshing, the garden area for coffee is charming. There is an outdoor restaurant where we sat in oversized chairs and had a late night drink, in a gorgeous setting. The location is great. We would return to this property.

Good location

I stayed in a small single room however it had everything I needed including a fridge. The shower was ok but there were a couple of times when the water pressure dropped along with the temperature. There were 2 folding screens that created the shower area but it wasn’t very big so a larger person might struggle. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It was a nice touch that coffee and water was available free of charge in the reception area. The hotel is very well located for exploring Florence and also accessing the main train & bus stations for day trips.

Beautiful place. Central but in a very quiet coveted area. Would stay here again.

clean rooms and very well maintained beside the age of the building, it was hot in our room, and they kindly try to fix it but still no progress, considering was like 90 degrees in Venice, very hot and humid, well located close to La Fenice and great ambience

The hotel was an easy walk from the St. Angelo water stop. Staff were excellent. Room was exactly what I needed at a fair price.
