I guess I’m not welcome from thiis hotel from the very beginning. I checked in with my husband and we gave them both our documents whilst checking in. But when we went into our room , the tv screen which showed our surname in the screen was wrong . And the turn down service .. was the worst I ever experienced in the five star hotel in my life. The washroom was never replenished or cleaned . And they only placed one bottle of water and slipper on the bedside which indicated one person was staying in the room . I talked to the manager , he apologized but his attitude was not caring and just asked me what he can compensate.. To he honest, I don’t want complimentary breakfast etc . I jusf want their sincere apology but it didn’t happen . I will never stay in the Hyatt group again .

We spent New Year's Eve and two additional days at the Park Hyatt Shenzhen, and it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. From the seamless check-in process to the incredible amenities like the free sauna, hot and cold pools, steam room, and beautifully maintained pool area, everything exceeded our expectations.
The morning buffet was a highlight—delicious, diverse, and perfectly curated. A big thank you to the reception team led by Chris for their warm hospitality and to Edison and the breakfast team for their impeccable service.
This was truly a memorable stay, and we can't wait to return!
