There is construction outside our room 24/7. The noise never stopped.

Very good experience staying in the hotel and the staff are very friendly

Decent stay, good location, excellent views and very comfortable sleep. Not too shabby, I must say.

The hotel would earn a 4 to 5 star rating........BUT we did give a much lower one as there was a huge construction jobsite next to the hotel on our side (new high rise building). We would not have cared if the construction crew would have worked (VERY LOUDLY) just from 7 am to 10 or even 11 p.m. but NO, they work 24/365, Sundays as well....can you imagine the 3 am peep, peep, cloing, bom etc noises? There is now way the employees at the check-in would not have known about this. Surely I assume we may have been able to request and get another room. but we obviously did not find out after the first night, the next day was weekend which we thought they would not work, at least not through the night. Also we had everything set up in the hotel room all clothes in the cupboard, communication set-up etc. NOT GOOD

Easy to walk to Bund. Great views of Bund at night. Can walk to Bund/ Nanging Rd in 10-5 min. If you want a Pearl view ask them for this in the other wing. We enjoyed the Club dining morning and evening drinks. Very personal. More quiet than the very busy large buffet.

Hotel in a great location and views from room were tremendous - had a small issue whereby we had a power cut (isolated to the room we were in) whereby the team at the hotel fixed as soon as we reported this then had on the following day the fridge break down (assume it was linked to the room tripping out) which again the team fixed after we reported this - great hotel , team were excellent (I suppose the fact the power tripped was not in the hotel control however it happened and did affect one of our days due to none of our equipment charging overnight for the day we had planned. Just to confirm though we would definitely stay at this hotel again if and when we revisit Shanghai

Very nice building with an excellent staff who helped make our stay run smoothly.

The facility should be three star hotel.

Great staff. Really accomodating and attentive from the welcome through to breakfast and leaving. Clean rooms. Great views of bund and pearl tower.
