the laundry have to pay,but the front desk not always have coins, so you have wait for next day, because washer and dryer almost twenty dollars ,other hotel is free, breakfast area ,the lady take the room number is so rude,I stayed this hotel for six days, never see her nice to the guest, after took the number, just play the phone,untill next guest come in, it never happen at other hotels.

I book Breakfast for two peoples, But only one person to go, another people sick, talk to hotel front desk people, they didn't return money.

I stayed here multiple weeks for a trip to visit family in Shanghai, and it was a fantastic home base. The hotel is in an excellent location close to multiple bus stops and between two subway stops on the 8, 10 and 14 lines (Laoximen and Dashinie), making is very convenient to get around. The hotel is also walking distance to shopping areas and well known central neighborhoods in Shanghai. The room had a small fridge (super important for me), and was also large with very comfortable beds, offering plenty of storage and counter space, making it easy to work from the hotel and store big suitcases. The staff were generally quite helpful and kind. The one con, and this is a big one, is that the wifi and mobile signal in the hotel are terrible - it was nearly impossible to work or use my phone, so I had to buy a pocket wifi device to get anything done - which helped, but was still not great since it relies on mobile signal for wifi. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel with the one caveat, and absolutely plan to stay again in the future, but I hope the wifi and mobile signal issues can be resolved.

Good breakfast. Room was cleaned regularly. Staff very helpful, helped us to send some luggage to our next hotel.

The room was clean, with fresh towels every day, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was perfect!

they had made-to-order omelets, but everything serving cold except Chinese soup and Chinese congee. They had 2 washer and dryer inside the laundry room

This hotel was great, cleaned every day and they were really helpful, meal available. Also laundry equipment available, was not noisy at night, bed was really comfy, i would definitely stsy there again as it was close to a lot of places to see

Clean room, nice and helpful staff just need to improve in english. Nice breakfast and great location.
