Breakfast has got a good selection of both Chinese and western food and they make sure there’s always something new on the menu each day. Cafeteria staff members are friendly and helpful enough but occasionally one or two were rude even for a three star, just out of the line. The hotel is connected to a large shopping mall with a good size supermarket and lots of restaurants. Newly modeled front desk areas. Facilities and appliances on some floors/ rooms are relatively old, like carpet, safes, chairs and a lot more so to speak. House keeping does the basics of their routine work not including vacuuming thus dust can be seen here and there. Showers are barely strong enough if you get the right room. Location of the hotel is the best no other one can beat— one of the closest to the airport and direct subway to the train station with no interchange hassles. Basically subway entrances/ exits are next door. If commute time is a concern here is definitely a good choice.

The location next to a 7/11 and mall was very convenient with an abundance of restaurants. The front desk staff was very helpful with calling taxis for us. The room was nice and breakfast was plentiful and good with both traditional Chinese food and some other options.

Room was very clean and nice

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. On a cold night, I called the front desk twice because the room was very cold, but no one came to check it. I also requested an extra blanket for my mother, who is over 80 years old, but was told there were none available. This lack of response and care was very disappointing, especially given the weather and my mother’s age. The hotel should improve its guest support and ensure basic comfort items like blankets are always available.
