Quartier tranquille avec plusieurs commerces à quelques pas.
Transport en commun pratique et accessible
Le logement est très confortable et plusieurs commodités rendent le déjoue très agréable
Le patio et la piscine sont un gros plus pour se rafraîchir entre deux activités. Il fait très chaud à Barcelone
C’est tout de même un peu dispendieux. Mais nous n’avons pas regretté notre choix.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen with dishwasher was useful for the family. The area was very convenient, the building is right on top of the metro station and has a bus stop right in front. One star off bc shower doors have gaps and water leaks all over the bathroom floor after every shower.

We had such a wonderful stay! The place is beautiful, clean and has such a wonderful location! Having the pool was a really nice touch and we loved the little details they did to make us feel welcome- Some snacks on the table, plenty of espresso pods.. Just really shows they try and care about their guests experience! We initially had some trouble filling out some forms they sent, but the staff was so wonderful and helpful and we managed to do it another way to make sure we were all set. Highly recommend!!

Fabulous location, 50 metres from the metro station. Inside the courtyard was really peaceful, you could hardly hear the bustle of the city.
Apartment was lovely. Beds were comfy, loads of towels, kitchen had everything we needed. Practical mini cleaning kit meant we didn't have to buy anything just to throw it away.
And luggage could be stored at their offices, which are 100metres from Paca Catalunya, so fabulously central & convenient for onward travel.
Would definitely return, next time we're in BCN

とても良い The place is conveniently located and the staff were helpful and quick to respond. We appreciated access to free laundry services in the building, including a dryer, and the back patio area. It is worth mentioning that we experienced one issue with very small ants coming in near the balcony door and through the flooring by the window, so we had to be cautious with food. Additionally, the breaker needed to be reset a couple of times. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

A beautifully clean, 2 bed apartment in the vibrant Gracia area. Practical kitchen space, comfortable living area and perfect bedroom set-up for a family of 4. Everything we could need for a week exploring the city.

最高 Lovely apartment in a great location. Nice outside space with pool. Excellent transport links around the city. Local area was beautiful very family friendly. Would definetly stay here again .

Katerino & Neto were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was amazing, spotlessly clean and really comfortable with a lovely welcome pack. Having two bathrooms was great and we had a fabulous view out onto the garden and pool area. We highly recommend a stay here! Thank you Katerina & Neto 😊
