少しがっかり Staff doesn't know English ! They don't even know Expedia ! You have to show physical paper for checkin ! it takes an hour for check in to happen !

overall the staff were friendly. and the hotel front door is under construction and noise and have to walk to thru work zone. hmm, china man they don't really care.

少しがっかり During my stay I am pleased with the cleanliness but the room was extremely small and congested. They should mention the room size in the Expedia. Also Expedia should mention that upon guest arrival the staff needs HKD 300.00 deposit amount.

良い The hotel is in good location, the rooms are ok, good for sleeping in clean good place without noises, the reception is construction site! The rest of hotel is good , no breakfast no coffee:

とても良い If you are going on a business trip then this is best hotel !! Location Excellent .. Only disadvantage is Staff doesn't understand English that can create problem at time of check in !!
