Really surprised by the cleanliness. The parking is good and its in a good location. The price was right and I enjoyed my stay.

Confusion when check in. Was told the hotel gave wrong room type on the first night, and was asked to change room in the following morning. Quite troublesome.
Despite this confusion, the motel turned hotel is clean. Towels were changed and drinks were replenished everyday

良い --the room is a bit worn out, but it's large and fairly clean, so overall it's comfortable
--the hotel is surprisingly far from the bus station (somehow the map made me think it was closer)
--there is a nice beer store nearby

とても良い I chose to stay at Hotel New Evergreen because it was near the bus terminal and many restaurants, but also located on a quiet street. I have used this hotel twice now when traveling for work.

とても良い The hotel was nice enough. It was located withing walking distance of several good restaurants and cafes. The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

良い The staff tried to help when they could, the showers had no shower curtain and the bathroom has no towels so the four small towels you will use drying off and drying the floor.
