great place to relax and do family activities

Went to Harris for children’s school holiday during CNY. One of the best places in Batam for families filled with activities and friendly staff. The rooms are dated and in need of an update or TLC but decent enough if your focus is outside activities. We partakes in jet skiing, massages, kids club, and pools. All well staffed and well suited to keep kids happy. One notable gap was the breakfast service which costs extra. Ending at 10:30 we arrived at 9:40 to find few options available with lots of empty trays and stations unmanned or with food and felt bad for the staff that we’re dealing with frustrated guests. My breakfast that day was a cup of coffee and scraps of noodles. Regardless, will be returning as my little one really enjoyed the stay and again wonderful staff.

Staff was very friendly and approachable. Transport to get there was very easy with the shuttle bus provided. Cleanliness is quite good considering this resort is not that young. Only 2 downsides - there were so many mosquitos in the room! We killed 16 mosquitos, seem to be coming from the drains in the toilet.. Other thing is there was strong smoke smell due to guests smoking/vaping around the beach club area so it wasn't the most pleasant.

Good place to stay, quiet and peaceful

Service was very good and they have a seafood restaurant on the premises, which was really good. Rooms were generous in size and well equipped. Could have been better if rooms had a proper table with chairs at the balcony area. Breakfast could also be better.

We really loved the feel and the relaxing atmosphere. Great food and drinks. Could not stop swimming in the pools. Great for family and friends ❤️ .
