Best hostel I’ve stayed at! Great amenities and very clean areas. Bathrooms were nice and big, and the pods felt very private. Would recommend to anyway looking for a place to stay in Edinburgh

Good place to stay in the center of Edinburgh.

A lovely hotel right in the heart of the royal mile

Hotel was good with a great location on the Royal Mile almost dead in the middle. Only complaints are the bickering staff during check-in and minimal towels.

Really enjoyed our stay there. Unfortunately the lift was out of order but the staff were really helpful in bringing our cases up and down the stairs! Staff were friendly. Atmosphere was great. Would definitely stay there again and have recommended it to other friends and family. Interesting historical background too.

I’ve stayed at a few hostels in Edinburgh but this was the best one by far! The staff and guests were all friendly and welcoming. If you’re traveling alone or with at least one other person, I’d recommend staying here. It’s close to all of the touristy destinations and Waverley Station!

Be careful about leaving your personal belongings in the lockers. The locker assigned to me was already occupied, so I used another one. I did not have any problems at first, but on day two, I got to the room and found that my belongings, including personal documents and cash, had been removed and left unattended outside the locker. I was very disappointed, as there was no notification and no effort made to keep my items secure.

Didn’t expect it to be so well maintained and the facilities. Clean, got a peaceful dorm and it’s safe!! I am very impressed Thank you!

Amazing place would recommend it every single time to solo travelers or those who want to be perfectly middle of the city. The only recommendation I would have is install fans in each one of the pods to keep it cool you can’t get quite warm. Also think about changing out the cloth shears at the end of the pods and putting roller more sturdy closings on each one of the pods.
