id stay again the rooms are beautiful

i would cone vack the staff was very nice

They just need to upgrade toilet and shower... Leaks on the side of the toilet. Shower low water pressure. And hope they can have mini store inside.

Hidden paradise. We will definitely be back. My 3-yr old loves the pool. The place is clean. We love the warm temperature of the water, it calms the body. I just wish they offer other mode of payment aside from Cash and Netflix on TV. Friendly staff.

Room didn’t meet expectations and Air conditionor didn’t work which caused severe nausea.

I like the area, quiet, I don’t like the room, it looks old, the bathroom has some kind of old walls and not clean no toilet paper. I asked for the toilet paper they said they ran out.

This place is a well kept secret. And I’m torn between letting everybody know about it or keeping it to myself. Lol! But the swimming pools were nice, staff is friendly and I love this place. If I ever come back to Cavite again I’m staying here. Again

The front desk people need retraining. A little consideration given to guests will give your business better reviews. I asked for a late check out at 1pm but was declined. We could see that there were no other people checking in for the last 4 days we were there and most rooms were empty except for the two rooms we occupied. The girl on duty February 8 2023 told me that they have back to back reservations. Whaaat?? We were the only guests there. She said the rooms we were occupying were the specific rooms the next guests requested. Whaaaat?? Out of the so many empty rooms in the resort rooms 306 and 307 were specifically requested by the next guests?? Poor excuse. I'm not that stupid ma'am. We were there for four nights. The rates are not that cheap, you know for an under maintained room costing Php4900 a night. The toilet seats, toilet door jambs are needing of repairs. The toilet lights blink when you turn on the hot shower and the hot water on the sink. The only good review I can give is to the service people who are very helpful and courteous specially those in the restaurant. We were overcharged but we didn't have much choice in Naic, Cavite. We were there to arrange for a relative's burial.We were willing to pay but didn't expect to be treated with lack of consideration.
