Starting June 2025, AYANA Bali will operate fully cashless across all properties. Payments for accommodation, dining, spa, and other services must be made via credit/debit cards or QR payments, cash will no longer be accepted.

The RIMBA Waterslide will be temporarily closed for scheduled maintenance from January 15th to February 1st, 2026. During this period, guests may access the AYANA Kids Waterslide, which operates daily from 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
