Horrible experience. Got up to my room after walking up 6 flights of sketchy spiral stairs and carrying up my luggage then got to a disgusting room and we checked underneath the sheets and there were BED BUGS. When I tried getting a refund they said it was nonrefundable. Horrible experience and immediately went somewhere else

Dirty rooms, there was a roach the second we walked in. One of the windows did not work and the room was extremely hot. First guy at front desk refused to let us borrow one till the next day we asked a new guy and he was extremely helpful and provided a fun. Overall do not recommend unless you’re only here due to the convenient location or cheap price. By far the worst experience.

Bedbugs, rude staff, would not offer any sort of refund or discount

Firstly the location was superb. It is a 2 minute walk up 1 street to the metro, it’s also surrounded by bakeries, bars, takeouts & 2 supermarkets. That’s where the good stops. I would fall short of calling it a hotel, it’s more of a hostel. The important thing to point out is the room. It is literally a room. No bathroom, no shower, no toilet. It has a bed, a table, a fridge, a microwave, (ours was unsafe & corroded), a small TV (ours didn’t work) & a sink but no towels. Maybe because I was expecting a bathroom &/or toilet in the room it hit me harder as the description from the site doesn’t state that the hotel has a communal kitchen, 1 shared toilet per 2 floors & 1 shower per 3 floors. We stayed for 2 nights, would not/could not have done any more. Location good, rest disappointing.

Staff is nice

Not a good place to stay at… staff was rude and the wifi didn’t not work.

I would not recommend this place!!! The staff are rude and the wifi doesn’t not work. Overall a bad experience staying at this place.

It’s a very old, rundown hotel without elevator and very steep stairs and no bathroom in the room. Staff don’t understand English. Bathrooms are very old and inconvenient to take a shower.

Staff was very friendly and helpful

I stayed for a week arriving on Monday. My TV did not work.I reported this 3 times during the week and despite promises of getting it repaired, it did not happen. I paid for a TV and did not get one to watch. I have stayed there several times in the last 10 years and the staff continuing to promise that they would get the TV working, they did not even try .
