Old building with the expected small room, no elevator, and no AC. They provide a plug-in fan which was enough since it didn't get too hot. They spend about 5 minutes cleaning the room each day (vacuum, make beds, and change towels) so the toilets don't get much attention. From a fire safety standpoint, be aware it wouldn't pass muster in the US due to the very steep stairs and the habit of leaving stacks of laundry in the narrow halls overnight . Bed was comfortable.

The location is excellent. If you have any accessibility issues at all, this is not the place for you. We had the basement room which was nice and cool in the summer heat. The room wasnt very clean and neither was the bedding.

Very happy that we were able to check in early, however, there was no soap for handwashing, the safe was locked and not usable, fairly loud and the stairs are extremely steep with a very small foot base. Good lovation but expensive for what you get

Very basic , tired room in need of renovation, 68 steps to our room was a nightmare Excellent location though

Weirdest hotel i’ve ever stayed

Excellent location and property for the price paid. The room was extremely small but clean and well put together. I took the train and tram to and from Schiphol Airport which made the hotel easy to access.

Good nights sleep. Professional service. No complaints

Rooms were very very small. Shower door awful. Didn’t cover the water spray. Shower was so small you could not turn around. Property was awful.

Don't be fooled by the pictures advertising this hotel. We booked for 4 nights but left after two. Dirty, incredibly small, tiny beds, toilet so small as to be unusable. Room smelled of damp, hardly surprising given the shower door leaks all over the floor. Good location and staff were helpful. No tea or coffee making facilities within the room, just communal ones in the reception area. Sadly a waste of money on an epic scale.
