The location was excellent, on the river and in walking distance to museums, galleries, and excellent restaurants. Our room was extremely spacious and quiet. We appreciated the complementary bottle of wine too. Breakfast had a great choice and it was lovely to sit outside on the terrace. Such a great hotel and we would definitely stay there again.

WE LIKED EVERYTHING. EVERY STAFF MEMBER, INCLUDING THE MAINTENANCE CREW WAS MOST ACCOMMODATING. WITH SINCERE THANKS. THIS INCLUDES ALL STAFF, BREAKFAST, AND THE 2 DIFFERENT ROOMS DURING OUR STAY

The room was architecturally beautiful and large, but in need of upkeep. The original parquet floors felt precarious (dry rot maybe) and the overall mood of the room was dark and a little “I’m sleeping in a museum”.
For such an impressively large room, the bathroom was one the smallest I’ve see. In a hotel. The shower was so small I could barely fit and I’m small.
The devil is in the details…

Our 3 night stay was absolutely incredible. Our room overlooked the Arno River and the Ponte Vecchio. Also conveniently located to walk to all of the beautiful sites and restaurants. Best part was that the taxi dropped us right at the front door so no schlepping bags through the city!
I would 100% recommend this hotel.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our honeymoon. The location was amazing, with a 15 minute walk or less to pretty much everything.
The view from the junior suit was mesmerizing, and absolutely recommend if you are celebrating something special. Seeing the Ponte Vecchio at sunset from our room was a memory we won’t forget. Breakfast was just the cherry on top when starting a long day of sightseeing. We will absolutely be back!
