Staff were helpful and gave advice and recommendations. Hotel is clean and safe. I’m a solo traveller and felt 100% comfortable and safe there. Would highly recommend

The room was clean, air conditioning definitely worked once I figured out how it worked. There were so many options for breakfast and everything was amazingly good. The staff were very helpful, they helped me get into my bag, due to the zipper breaking. Everyone was so nice, I would definitely stay there next time. It is also very convenient place to stay not far from the BTS or sky train. 711 is pretty much next door, a 30 second walk and there is a night market across the street to the right.

Our 1st time in Bangkok and our 3 night stay here was exceptional. Great central location for what we wanted to do. All the staff were super friendly, our room was very good & JJ and his transport team looked after us with a very processional & friendly service. All in all a we had great break here in Bangkok.

The facility staffs informed us that their hotel focus on self service. There will be no porter to carry guests luggages. There's no laundry at facility. They do have laundry available for 2 days services. Another option is you can pack all your clothes and bring them downstairs for outside laundry services. There's a small desk for your laptop. You can use the sink which can be located in the bathroom or in front of your shower for your dinner since there's no space for in room dining. The staff mentioned that the bed can be use for dining as well. They have in-room service meal but the food has no cover and it always arrives in cold stage. They have a small fridge in each room. A bathroom or some room with a toilet that can be visible for another guests to see you relieve yourself or while you are in a shower. They have a compact fitness and small portion pool available. The staffs are very helpful and friendly.

I absolutely love this property, is immaculately clean, super safe, I am a solo female traveler and this location is hard to beat close to everything, staff is super helpful and friendly. The pool is great and so is the breakfast, you can call grab and it will take you anywhere, BTS IS 2 blocks lots of restaurants seven eleven and pharmacies nearby. Nemo at the reception was GREAT, VERY KIND AND HELPFUL.

I can't say enough about this hotel. Absolutely loved everything about it. The staff, the location (although the traffic is insane!), the cleanliness, the style, the amenities. All of it amazing! So convenient to so many incredible places. Great nightlife area as well. But still very quiet and felt completely safe. Will definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was ok but limited selection. Room service was good and Staff very friendly.

Though the rooms are small, this is always my hotel of choice in Bangkok. I stay here upwards of 3-4 times a year. Reasonably priced, great location, clean and aesthetically lovely BUT what keeps me coming back is the wonderful staff - friendly, polite, helpful and they remember details! When I arrive each time I feel that I am known and welcomed.
