Air worked great, but I could not control the temperature. Even though it was low, I was freezing

Convenient location, 3 to 5 minutes to station, spacious room.

very clean, nice workers, safe area and close to a major transit station, breakfast is very good. have stayed here three times and it is always very nice.

In general well maintained but you can see the facilities are worn. The bathroom is the most inconvenience with a level up required to step into it and extremely tight. The tap on sink is also very poorly designed. However the room make-up is pretty reasonable and will help you change the slippers and bath gown.

Good location. Spacious room for a family of four.

Not many choices for the breakfast menu. I was kind of disappointed.

Fantastic hotel right next to nippori station b rooms was very comfortable and roomy. Staff was very helpful.

The staff were fantastic and very helpful. For some reason my rooms plug socket was at the bottom of the wall next to the bathroom. The USB charging point next to the bed was slow charging so for me it wasn'tgoing to be good ebough, especiallysince I have camera batteries to charge. The bathroom itself was rather small too, even for Japanese standards. The location of this hotel was very close to Nippori station which made things so much easier for getting around. I think overall this hotel is a 4 star simply because of the room.

Good location, spacious room, only the laundry is a disaster, they can never dry your washed clothes

Good hotel, great value, close to station , rooms clean and spacious, helpful and kind staff. Really good value.
