This haveli is well designed and located on the top of a hill which is very peaceful and pollution free, just 0.5 km from Lal Ghat, 1 km from City Palace, 3 km from the bus and railway station and 25 km from the airport. The haveli was built in 1820 as the residence of the Karohi noble family and was recently converted into a heritage hotel to offer royal hospitality, services and facilities such as 2 multi-cuisine restaurants, a well-stocked bar, a large lawn ideal for large gatherings, boat rides on Lake Pichola and city sightseeing tours to provide the full experience of the haveli lifestyle. Further facilities at the haveli include air conditioning, a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, currency exchange, Internet access, and room and laundry services. Guests arriving by car can leave their vehicle in the car park. The haveli has elegantly appointed, spacious rooms, which are tastefully refurnished and traditionally decorated with different interiors in the traditional styles and categories including Haveli Suite, Deluxe and Super Deluxe Rooms. All offer wonderful views of the lake and a terrace with beautiful views of the City Palace, Lake Pichola, havelies, temples the Old City and also Lake Swaroop Sagar. All are equipped with modern amenities such as an en suite bathroom with hot and cold water, and a shower. Further in-room amenities include a telephone, safe, cable television, air conditioning and a minibar. Guests also have the convenience of tea and coffee making facilities in their room.
