This is one of the best hotel in Khem beach in Phu Quoc island. Big hotel with huge swimming pool by Ocean front.. Free chair, towels, kayaks.. and restaurants in resorts. Very convenient and clean environment by the beach.
Room is clean and nice view from room. A little bit small size.. Breakfast buffet included.

Nice resort with a lot activities for the kids. Like adult swimming pool but not a lot of shaded sitting areas. Love Kem beach, clean shallow not too rough beach, provided plenty beach lounge chairs.
Room on B building was spacious but have very strong unpleasant odor, hotel provided scented electric candle & it helped. Love our stay.

The room at Premier Residences Phu Quoc was nice, but needs an update. The cleanliness was just okay for the room. The shower abs sinks needed work as far as cleaning. The views are incredible. The service is excellent. The breakfast is exceptional. The pool area is really well done. The breakfast Buffet might be the best on Earth. Improve the room cleanliness and this property might be perfect.

最高 Great location for a family beach vacation. While the place is busy, there is space between large extensive pool and beach for families, couples to relax. Khem Beach is stunning. Buffet breakfast extensive, Rooms clean and comfortable. Rooms can be a little noisy at times, but it’s a family focused hotel so if you are looking for a tranquil location away from noisy children, then this may not be the location for you. Would stay here again

最高 Friendly staffs, especially Khanh and all bellmen are very nice and helpful. Bai Kem is of best beaches in Phu Quoc and Premier Residence is located there, very enjoyable. The resort is suitable for families with young kids

The buffet breakfast was unbelievable. The service was ok. It took a very long time to get drinks and food even when it was not busy, was just us and 3 other tables. The club house and herring bar is essentially the same place, staff was very friendly but did struggle with English so google translate helps a lot. I have mobility issues and when I asked to move rooms they were unable to accommodate which was weird because when I looked at availability on their site there was rooms available but was told there was no additional rooms. Beach was amazing.
