The niu was awesome, super convenient location and the staff were great. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m back in Berlin and the air conditioning was top notch

A really great hotel, perfectly located for exploring cool areas like Boxhaganer and easily accessible from the airport on the trains. The staff were very helpful at offering recommendations and the breakfast is excellent. Perfect for filling up before a days exploring. Would recommend and stay again.

Clean and very comfortable hotel. All staff courteous and helpful. Good choice for breakfast (continental) with plenty for everyone. Location excellent for U Bahn, literally 100 yards away. There is a direct S Bahn from the airport to Frankfurter Allee (the S85). Plenty other options also. I will be back in Berlin in the future and will definitely stay at this hotel again. And to top it all, the hotel itself is situated on the roof of a small shopping center. Brilliant.

I had a great stay here. The rooms are a bit small and hotel was hard to find but once in, it's close to a lot. Got to take the utrain and visit some markets. The staff Denys, Franco and Ana were amazing gave me recommendations on places to go the best foods and drinks even at the hotel bar drinks and food were tasty. Thank you.

It's not the Holiday Inn. It's a basic hotel without any flourishes, oriented towards young travellers. The entrance is in a corner by a down market shopping mall, in an area with a lot of street life. No

Great hotel!!

Our stay at the niu chain was good as always. Bed was comfy, room was clean and staff was great.The entrance was not easy to find. Staff was great accommodating our very late check in. The hall way was pretty dirty and there was a couple of homeless sleeping in the area in the mornings. But we still felt safe walking home at night.

I liked the property and the customer service. The hotel is just in a big city and with big cities you have to deal with city conditions. Overall it was a very good experience
