Perfectly described. The staff at check in was great. No issues and was able to direct me to some local places, including a great spot to watch the World Cup semi final.
I ended up extended my trip and was able to keep my room without having to switch. Nice quiet neighborhood but not far from train station to go into more of the city center

My family and I have been staying at the Aparthotel Bertran for a week or two every summer during our annual trip to Spain to visit family.
We have tried other hotels in the area, but this one meets all our needs and offers the best service and attention. The cleaning staff are very helpful and keep the rooms absolutely spotless. We enjoy being able to prepare some of our meals at the hotel, and we really like the rooftop pool. Above all, the reception staff are kind, welcoming, and eager to help in any way they can.
The friendliness of the staff, the clean and peaceful rooftop pool, and the cleanliness of the hotel are the main reasons we keep coming back.

Lovely friendly staff, the breakfast is simple but excellent if you choose that option - delivered to your room at an agreed time. We had a room with a terrace, table 4 chairs and sun loungers too, nice
outside space although mainly in the shade due to city buildings but very pleasant to sit out nonetheless. The rooftop pool is quite small but fine and there are sun loungers there too. We would definitely stay again - it’s the staff that make the stay so pleasant. There are shops and restaurants nearby, the Metro (underground) is a few minutes walk too. Overall we’re happy to recommend and hope to return!

最高 Other than low water pressure from a clogged shower head that poured more like a garden spigot, this place was amazing! Great staff, location, value, and most comfortable beds and pillows I’ve found in Spain yet. :-)

Fantastic place to stay in Barcelona. In a slightly less touristy bit of town which adds to the fun. Two metro stations v. close so can get into the centre in less than 20 mins. Great to have the kitchen and terrace. Lovely little pool and terrace on the roof too. Great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing! Staff really friendly. Perfect!

I paid for a double bed and a suite like room with a closed off bedroom with a door. I got neither. That was really disappointing. Other than that, I really enjoyed the stay. Staff were very pleasant and incredibly helpful.

The room was very clean and had great amenities, the area was very safe with lots of local shops within a short walking distance and the hotel staff were always pleasant and friendly too!

Lovely little gem - accommodation was fine and clean, staff were lovely and the overall stay was good. My only challenge was it was loud at night with scooters on the street but I believe that’s common in the whole city.
