Convenience location easy assets to the city centre however please note the hotel is situated inside a building which you need to assess through 2 separate elevators which the flow of travel maybe a bit wired The room is decent and clean. Please keep all keycard for check out. View is amazing for breakfast area.

Very cleaned and spacious room. My room could see Kumamoto Castle. Shopping mall right below and shopping street just opposite. Guest parking just across the street.

Room is very clean and spacious with good view

Ideal location above the shopping center. Easy check-in and the room was clean. Had trouble finding the location as there are no signs but once I read the property details in the booking it clearly said where to park and how to get there.

Spending more time traveling up and down escalators. Since there is no drop-off for the hotel itself we had to park our car for 1 hour just for dropping off the baggage. Room is smaller than expected and there is no room to open baggage.

One of my favorite hotels in Kumamoto. If they provided a self-service laundry facility, it would be my most favorite

The staff was fantastic. Rooms were super clean.

It's a premier hotel inside the Sakuramachi shopping center. The central bus terminal is in the building as well. It's 10-15 minutes walk to Kumamoto Castle and Tsuruya department store. If it had a self-service laundry, it would be perfect!
