Amazing rooms and pools. In middle of jungle, so very sedate. Suits most, but if you like walking out to a restaurant, you’re out of luck. You need a cab to get in to Ubud Staff very friendly and kind. Slow at breakfast and they ran out of beer in restaurant. I’d still give it a 9/10 though. It’s beautiful and relaxing.

Had Ana amazing stay! Staff was very kind and always remembered where I liked to sit and what items were my favorite. My only thing was I wish smoking was not allowed in the restaurant. I had to move to try and stay away from it and it kind of ruined my meal.

This place was gorgeous and truly the best place we stayed in Bali. The room is incredible, with a private infinity pool and beautiful views of the jungle and valley. Tons of birdwatching and monkeys in the distance. Staff were kind and responsive and friendly. We loved it. The massages at the spa were amazing, and the resort even had an Indian restaurant! My partner is Indian and said the food was so excellent. Overall would 100% return for a longer stay.

5 star view and room but with 1 star service and management. The view and room itself in this hotel is incredible and would be a 5 star place to stay. Unfortunately it’s really let down by the way it’s managed and the service. The service is really average and for the price your paying it’s not good enough. For example you don’t even get tea and coffee with the average breakfast they provide, they try and charge you extra. There is also a big issue with bugs and ants, completely understand the hotel is in the forest so outside will have bugs but they could have some repellent at the room entrance to stop so many animals getting in. All in all with some improvements this could be an amazing hotel but currently for the price you pay it isn’t worth it.

the rooms smelled of raw sewage whenever someome above us used the bathroom. The cleanliness of the breakfast area was awful with insects crawling all over the food, which had some very limited options. The dining in the restaurants was above average. The staff were excellent. Great potential for the resort, just lacked the cleanliness and amenities of a property one would expect for the price paid. Overall, a below average experience and rating.

Loved staying here, it’s absolutely beautiful!! Very quiet and everyone is so nice. The breakfast options could be better, the food in general is very limited. But a great place to stay, love the private villas.

It’s very nice and quite if you after a nice place to relax and live a jungle waterfalls life go there . The view is fabulous

Tranquil beauty surrounds this beautiful hotel perched on a cliff where you can enjoy the infinity pool overlooking the rainforest. Also amazing service and food
