Hotel was decent but there was no parking at the hotel and staff were not super helpful. Coffee cafe was open only for limited time and the breakfast was very expensive Overall ok experience but for price would have stayed elsewhere

Should keep the place cleaner

Hotel was in a convenient spot that is walkable to most places of interest. Cleaning could have been better. Room was spacious

Breakfast good, staff are nice, but level of the bathroom are weird, over foot difference it will be easy to fall if someone not pay attention and the sink counter only go to my thigh, I just 5”3 tall.

Hotel staff could use better customer service training. Passive aggression runs rampant

Great time.

Sadly this hotel was a sheer disappointment. The rooms were in such an inacceptable state, we left after 1 night. Everything was old, dirty, dusty and mouldy. Our bedding was stained upon arrival and had to reuest they be changed. All the walls were marked and stained, it was dusty and tuere was mould in the shower. Completely unacceptable for the conditoon of the rooms. They did not reflect the rating or the advertised photos.

Beautiful hotel, nice area, friendly staff, and spacious rooms.

The room was great, overlooking the canal, such a beautiful view at night. Bed was firm but actually comfortable, room size was decent too. Onsen was great, all amenities were clean. I will definitely return
