The hotel is ok. It met my needs. I was traveling alone, and I felt safe which for me is the most important aspect of staying in a hotel. The staff was helpful and polite. Thank you 😊

They have multiple buildings. The one not connected to the main one is run down, has a terrible smell right when tou walk in. Beat way to describe how it looka is like a landlord special..
The room i was first assigned to had a strong floral and bug elimentator smell. They switched me to rhe main building which was the bettee of the two. Unfortunately the ac sid not work. We aet it at 60 and it was about 78 in the roo.

This hotel is a family friendly place, the breakfast is nice, pleasantly surprised the rooms had refrigerator and microwave. The price is reasonable, the pool areas are nice and week kept. The opportunities: my shower didn’t have water resistant drapes so water got all over the floor. Many of the staff didn’t understand English. The room keys constantly had to be recharged, the phone charging station in the Lobby area doesn’t work.

I love the location of this hotel. It's very close to Universal without spending a lot of money. The breakfast has a good variety of food options.

A special thank you to Guillermo at the front desk! From the moment I arrived, he made me feel like a valued guest. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. His genuine hospitality and willingness to help made a lasting impression. I hope the hotel recognizes him for the exceptional service he provides.
The complimentary breakfast was basic but sufficient to start the day. It offered a good selection of the essentials, and everything was fresh and well-stocked. While it wasn't an elaborate buffet, it provided everything needed for a satisfying morning meal.

Walls are way too thin for a good night’s sleep. I stayed on the 3rd floor of the second building and heard guests slamming doors all night long. Will not be staying here again.
