Stayed over the Comic-con weekend, and staff were nothing but helpful and welcoming. The Tea in the room were perfect for when I wanted to get back from con and just relax with a cuppa in hand. Anyway with that said, amazing stay.

A very convenient and comfortable hotel for the NEC, within walking distance via the airport monorail and covered walkway. The staff were so friendly and helpful at all times of the day. Plenty of choice at breakfast and meals in the restaurant were excellent with a relaxing vibe. Great views of the planes taking off, but surprised to find the rooms were not noisy. Would stay here again if visiting the NEC.

Ideal place to stay if catching an early morning flight from Birmingham Airport. Nice clean hotel at a reasonable price. Will use again.

We arrived much later than anticipated (3am) due to plane operational difficulties but we were still expected due to 24/7 reception. 4 stars due to aircon not working, which in itself wasn't an issue as the room was surprisingly cool, but there was a lack of air circulating so we both suffered headaches in the morning
