It was nice stay the room was big and bed very comfortable the only issue was one lift was working so it takes time to get down from 7th floor as many people in the hotel

At first glance the room was clean. However, when I opened the fridge I saw a half full bubble tea drink (maybe from the previous guest). The bed pillows were also dirty and I spotted a makeup stain on one of them. The spa was dirty and the towels had a strong unpleasant dirty smell. When I complained to one of the spa staff about the smell of the towels, she replied with an indifferent tone “we are working on it” and nothing else. The front desk people were helpful and friendly.

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, all staff we interacted with were extremely pleasant and helpful, interestingly the hotel with 400 plus rooms has only two elevators, often queues to use them

Stayed here on a few occasions now and each time it gets better, clean rooms, comfy beds, excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Perfect location being right next door to Piccadilly and only a 10 minute stroll to the centre

Hotel a bit tricky to find if walking from Manchester Piccadilly station. Room itself was exceptionally large and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice (albeit limited options) and check-in and check-out were very prompt despite the hotel being busy. Recommended!

Enjoyed our short stay. Very nice bar food and not too pricey. The lounge area also very nice. Room a good size and comfortable. Clean, modern bathroom. Right next to Piccadilly station & mill point halls if you’re moving a child in or out

First class hotel in a good location. Not in Piccadilly Gardens, but that's a good thing because it's quieter. Very handy for Piccadilly station. Great rooms with everything you need. Good bar. Staff very helpful. Car park convenient. Has everything for a short or long stay.

Excellent location, 3 mins walk from Piccadilly station and Manchester city centre is at your feet no matter you reason for visiting. Great rooms, excellent service, i will visit again
