Bed was to small, there was a problem with my credit card when I booked so gave another card and somewhere is went from dollars to franc and so the day I checked in orbitz rate was $285 and They changed my 315 francs or $400. When I noticed it I talked to the worked name Ocean she was rude and said I already paid so too bad. the bed is very short, and it is old and leans where everyone sits on the bed in the small room. Breakfast is bread, lunch meat and juice. Scrambled eggs, hotdogs and pork and beans. below par. won't stay there again. they are dishonest, rude and the shuttle starts at 7 am and you need to be at airport for international 2 hours early, so we had to walk.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The staff are helpful. The room is clean and spacious. They offered a free city pass but we already got our swiss travel. The breakfast is great! It’s convenient and very close to Coop. Free shuttle to airport is a plus! Highly recommended!

The electricals socket were overseas friendly very spacious room however my room did not have mini fridge. There a printer available to print things near reception. Gluten free option breakfast available make sure to ask the breakfast staff would recommend. Close walk to the shops and casino and public transport.

An adequate one night stay in a clean and convenient to the airport hotel. Parking our rental car was a bit challenging due to the shared office building underground parking lot.

Tv needed batteries in remote Not all channels were available to view. Bus shuttle service was good . Air con good Shower good. Breakfast good

The buffet breakfast was a surprise. Fresh breads, meats, excellent cheese and steamed milk drinks were all a welcome treat. Very close to the airport with a quick shuttle. Would definitely stay here again.

Good place for staying when you need to stay near the airport. The only inconvenience was the poor sound protection between the rooms.

city transport card not provided until check in at night. It should be emailed a day before check in. Very delay in check in process, waited for 45 minutes to check in. Need more and efficient reception staff to facilitate the visitors. Breakfast was good, filled up quickly with varieties of items available. Room and toilets were clean, well maintained. Room had electric kettle and coffee tea options, liked it. Recommended to everyone. will visit again
