The room was pretty small, I have to pay taxes after I pay my reservervation online, the sheet was not clean. Staft were so so. I did not like the hotel. I wont recommended.

ホテル周辺及びホテル館内は何にも不満はないですけど、唯一駐車場が狭すぎるし止められる台数が少なすぎる所が残念でした😢

Breakfast was good

Room was clean and decent size for the price. Conveniently located near transit stations. Lots of food options in the area.

Room was spacious enough for two. Staff were very helpful. Train station is a 6 minute walk away. Air conditioning was a bit hot but we just opened a window instead. The buffet wasn’t worth it in my opinion but there’s a Family Mart, restaurants and various bakeries nearby.

If you’re coming from cities where hotel rooms are more spacious, be prepared—rooms and bathrooms here in Japan can feel quite compact, even for a single guest. That said, this hotel makes up for it in many ways. It’s clean, well-maintained, and the front desk staff are exceptionally friendly and always willing to help or answer questions. Having a translation app handy definitely makes communication smoother. The breakfast is a standout, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start your day right. Overall, despite the smaller room size, the service and quality make it a great place to stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to choose this hotel again on my next visit to Kyoto.

Staff were lovely. Location good for day trips to Uji and Nara as well as Fushimi Inari Shrine. Room was abit stuffy, but otherwise clean and nice 💟
