The staff was very helpful, kind and pleasant. The property needs maintenance and inside the rooms weren't the best. The external part of the property is beautiful and the beach access very convenient. If the rooms were well maintained I would have given it a better rating.

Super friendly staff, and a great all around resort with offerings. Beach was beautiful, and food was great.

Food was ok. Rooms are very basic and need to be upgraded. My room was cleaned but there were no towels in my room. I called the front desk and they sent towels to my room within 10 mins. Beach and pool are great.

I felt like because we booked through a third-party travel site, we were given one of the least desirable rooms. I can't say for certain that was the reason, but based on our experience, it certainly felt that way. My daughter surprised me with this trip to celebrate two very special milestones: being five years cancer-free and experiencing my first St. Lucia Carnival. This was meant to be a once-in-a-lifetime celebration, which made our experience at Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa even more disappointing. From the very beginning, we were misquoted by nearly $2,000, and for the approximately $4,200 we ultimately paid, we expected accommodations and service that reflected the price. Instead, we were given a room that was in poor condition. The blankets had rips in them, the bed sheets had what appeared to be blood stains, the bathroom floor was dirty enough that I cleaned it myself, and the bathroom door was broken. The toilet also did not work properly, and I had to request repairs twice before the issue was addressed. What made the experience even more frustrating was the customer service. While a few employees were friendly and welcoming, several others were rude, dismissive, and made us feel like our concerns were an inconvenience. When I requested a room change because of the condition of our room, I was told it would cost even more money. After paying $4,200 for our stay, I found that response unacceptable. Good trip

Spacious room and a wonderful beach!

Definitely love this property. It is nice that it is literally steps from the beach. Got to tour their next door resort they are opening, absolutely beautiful. Everyone here was soo welcoming and accommodating. We tried to do their watersport but unfortunately it didn't work out. The rooms are nice and spacious. I would say the only negative was the beds. You can feel the springs through the mattress. Not comfortable but we enjoyed our time so we didn't let it bother us! My two teenage daughters had a great time at the Waterpark. Highlight for all of us was the catamaran trip! The beach and property were absolutely beautiful! Would definitely recommend!

Staff tried their best to be accommodating. The first night we had to request a room change because after a family member took a shower the bathroom was flooded. The last day before we checked out after being in the room for four days, there was someone’s underwear under the bed, it didn’t belong to anyone in my party. The breakfast was ok, a variety of fruit and an omelet station. We enjoyed the pizza, although one night there was a bug cooked into the pizza toppin The beach was clean, we enjoyed it. The water slide was very challenging for kids and adults. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Exceeded my expectations. We will definitely be back!
