The best thing about our stay was seeing the spectacled langurs, from outside our room and also a monitor lizard in the pond, monkeys in the trees and hornbills. It was a pity that the staff used catapults to scare the monkeys and langurs away.

Friendly Great location Dated room

Staff very nice, clean rooms, excellent breakfast and very nice pool area. The gym room is too small but the machines are good.

Water out of shower is sea salt water, so be prepared

Rude staff, unhelpful in any situation. Rooms and plumbing in poor conditions, definitely not a 4-star.

Only bad thing is lack of clean water to shower or brush teeth. Great hotel and food. Only one bad experience with hotel staff

We stayed at Railay Princess for 5 nights and enjoyed the convenient airport transfer (has to be requested but worth it), friendly staff, great breakfast, convenient location on the quiet side of Railay and close to the docks, and two swimming pool options. The rooms while clean and nicely appointed could benefit from minor upgrades/refresh, especially the bathrooms. We were 4 families with each their room. In some rooms, the toilets were not flushing very well requiring several flushes which seems counter-productive in an area where water is scarce. All bathroom floors are set slightly lower than the bedroom floors with a small step with a tiled/sharp edge that's not easily visible or detectable. We all hurt our feet a couple of times (one of us even got a cut in the middle of the night and had to get a bandage) before our brains registered and remembered that step. In some rooms, there were whiff of sewage/drainage issues which is pretty common across Railay; most likely a sign of the sewage/drainage system being overloaded and/or requiring upgrade. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would encourage the resort to keep up the good work and make a few minor upgrades to reach 5 star status.

Beautiful place. Memorable experience

Grate location, helpful & friendly staff, rooms are nice and spacious, the wildlife around is super cool to see, the pool area is grate too; the only downside (but same everywhere during the dry season on railay due to low water levels) the tap/shower water was salty not really a big deal but the staff did offer bottled water to rise off with after the shower which was thoughtful like I said the staff are very helpful and will always offer help where they can overall I would stay here again
