clean, and friendly staff, didn't help with the luggage even though we had to take it up a couple of steps. Room was clean and location was good.

20 mins walk away from Trevi Fountain, Pantheon etc and 8 mins walk from Termini train station We were fortunately upgraded to a junior suite. Appreciated the amenities like toothpaste etc Good WiFi

Great stay here. Only fault was the Saturday at the bar when they had a conference and couldn't get lunch or a drink as it was so crowded with the people thatvwere not guests

cute place. contemporary style. very kind helpful staff. yummy breakfast buffet. we had a 630pm dinner reservation. due to a late flight, we arrived at the hotel at 615pm. front desk looked up the number, called the restaurant and made later arrangements. above and beyond. five star

If there was a 0 star, they would receive a 0 star from us. This is the first hotel I’ve seen to charge for fitness room and Pool area, while we still paid $1200+ for a short stay. Thankfully they did not ask to pay for the toilet used, bathroom shampoos and breath that I was taking in my room. I suggest avoiding staying here at any cost, and to get any hotel that is transparent and honest.

The hotel was in a convenient area, walking distance to a lot of attractions and good restaurants. Amenities: the AC was great and the breakfast was ok. The pillows were a little soft. The bed was pretty comfortable. Front desk was helpful and assisted us with organizing a shuttle to the airport which was about $65.

Very beautiful great location and staff was amazing

We had 2 different experiences here. We stayed 4 nights in a suite here on ground floor. That experience was very bad. The soundproofing from outside was bad. Every night we heard trash pick and cleaning service operate from outside on the road. Also the room smelled horrible with the outside trash and the drain pipes on the restroom. We had to constantly spray perfumes. We checked out and went to Florence and came back for another night stay. They gave us a different suite on 3rd floor this time. This is totally opposite experience. This room was wonderful. And sounds no longer were there and we thoroughly enjoyed this room. My suggestion is to get a higher floor room. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk was very nice and she even offered me to help with payment for the drinks in the minibar as we’re running late for the train. The staff at breakfast were terrible. A very opposite experience of Italian hospitality in breakfast room. The lead lady was not good and she was not inviting. If appears that she deals with customers every day and hates her job watching other people eat in rush. It’s true and it’s a difficult job! But she must handle with grace. The other staff at breakfast were nice and helped us. Overall it’s a mixed feeling. I truly felt the hotel is a true 4 star hotel with efforts made by staff. They should take care of the lower floor rooms and smells situation. Also they must put pleasant one incharge of breakfast

Room was clean, spacious, and air conditioned. Staff was welcoming and were able to get us an early check-in, which helped us recover from our jet lag.
