Room was very hot because air conditioning had not been put on ahead of my check in. Took hours to cool down. Glass shelf in bathroom was shattered and had been covered up with a makeshift plastic cover

I really liked this hotel! It was about a 15 minute walk to the train station. There is a grocery store nearby and a fridge in the room for snacks or drinks. I would absolutely stay here again.

Staff were very friendly. The room was compact but clean and had everything we needed. I very much liked that they are happy to clean the room but dont unless you ask, saving unnecessary effort and resources. Breakfast was very nice. We didn't know Berlin so thought the location would be reasonably central, which it was, but I think wherever you stay you're likely to need to use their terrific public transport system so it doesn't really matter.

Nice size room very quite air con was great breakfast was a good choice and the staff were very helpful. This is the second time I have stayed and will return.

The room was quite tiny, but was fine for one night. The breakfast though, was amazing. The absolute best hotel breakfast ever!!!.. It had everything you could want to eat. So good. Highlight of the stay

I stayed here two years ago This time i felt the cleanliness was sub par / i had mold in My shower grout Most of the staff were good but the man on duty early morning of the 30 th was rude when i checked out

Nice location and the room was clean. The outstanding part about our stay here was the amazing breakfast that came with the room. The best spread you can imagine. They had everything!!

There waa a smell of drains in rhe bathroom but also outside the hotel, breakfast good choice, confusion over upgraded rooms but the receptionist sorted it out.

Clean room and A/C were great.

Very convenient to train station. Very walkable to main attractions.
