Room was tidy, but far from clean. Nothing worked efficiently from the Microwave,, to the TV, to the AC unit, to the water pressure for bathing. Key code didn't work. Place was trifling. But you get what you pay for -I guess...

Unclean. Staff not present. Unsafe environment around property. No hot water. I didn’t even stay in the room.

Check in is supposed to be at 3:00pm we get there at 4:00 and we’re told we were not able to check in because he had cashed out his drawer and the other guy wasn’t there I was not to happy as we had an event to attend and I needed time to get ready VERY dirty hotel floors bed sheets seen a roach horrible will never be back

I like how the tv is on

The hot tub was unavailable. Supposedly a 'mistake' on their part. As there wasn't any reason to stay there, I ended up staying at a friend's place on his couch, probably for the better.

The room was disgusting, I will attach photo of the bed. We always check the bed when staying to look for cleanliness or bugs and when we peeled the sheet back we were appalled. We left the room immediately and went back to the desk and requested a refund. The man working the front desk told us we would get a refund but we still haven’t. There is no elevator and the stairwell smells like urine.

Pics don’t match real life, also carries a non pleasant smell

Hot tub was hot enough but took an hr to fill part way. T.v did not work . Was told they would bring a new one. Never did. At checkout I wanted to pay cash instead of use the card that I used to hold the room., they took my cash and charged the card. Staff was friendly.

I went to 3 different rooms then returned to stay in the 2nd one even though the tub was disgusting so didn't use it. The 1st room was not cleaned from previous renter. The 3rd room TV didn't work, only 1 light & snelled smoky. The name did not fit the dirty hotel.

When I got there, the staff was helpful. When I got to my room that I was given, someone was already in there. Had to get another room. Second room was clean, no bad smell, bed was clean. Only downsides: TV was broken (had green lines), one of my towels were dirty, shower head was mid. Overall, I would rate my stay a 6/10.
