Good enough to meet basic needs for staying overnight

By the time I entered the hotel lobby I was regretted to book this hotel. Messy presentation. Room is terrible with wet smell. Bathroom mold everywhere. Breakfast very depressed compared with other hotels in Taiwan, they present a menu let you choose one day in advance and they ordered from a restaurant early in the morning, when the time you have your breakfast becomes chilled. The one star I give is because they have free laundry.

Attitude of staff needs improvement.

Hsinchu is easy to move around, this place is not too bad. Clean and simple.

Not far from hsinchu station by taxi. Nice breakfast included. Friendly staff. Good price

Not what i expect. Because other branch in taiwan is great. But this, worst! Suffocating Aircondition, big cockroaches in comfortroom, Dirty towels.

The location is not so well connected to public transport. However, there are cabs everywhere.

The staff at reception are very nice. No English speaking but that’s ok. The staff of breakfast is awful. They put the TV super loud, then they need to shout at each other to hear... the breakfast is in the basement, with no windows, only lame food... The rooms are not soundproof at all, you can hear the neighbors shout in the morning, and it’s also not smell proof. Our neighbors were smoking and it came to our room...

I did not like the property as it has a odd muddy smell

Good value for money. Spacious and clean room with a strong shower facility. Breakfast is basic and food is mostly cold
