L’hôtel a vieilli et méditerait une rénovation des chambres . Il y avait une odeur de vieux , un peu moisi , dans notre chambre .

It’s was good for a night needs a Big upgrade:)

I stayed at this location because it was the closest Hotel to the Hospital were my spouse was having major surgery and would be for at least a week. The rooms floor did not feel like it was swept or mopped as there was crumbs and other things on the floor. The bathroom is very old and outdated. The walls are thin and I did not sleep well because you can hear patrons walking and talking through the hallway, and it seemed like someone was always slamming a door which woke me up several times. It was not a room where I could relax in and feel comfortable. The room literally served for a quick nap and a shower. They charged 50 dollars a night for parking which I thought was insane. That was an extra 200 dollars for four nights. I checked out early because I did not want to stay there any longer. There was EV charging which was a plus but the parking lot was small and shared with a rent a car parking service which made it hard to find a parking spot. I would not stay here again.

Clean and friendly staff.

The rooms are nice, and the beds are comfortable. We had a hard time finding parking when we returned late after seeing a play at the Pantages. Some nice dinner choices in the area.

Parking overpriced 50$, not clean

Great stay! Location was perfect...walkable to several wonderful restaurants, bars and sights!

Absolutely DO NOT stay here! Worst hotel I We’ve stayed at. I wouldn’t let my worst enemy book here!!!!? Shouldn’t even be allowed to be operating. Overpriced. Rude staff determined to argue with you at every chance. We even saw them arguing with other customers. False advertising as there is no restaurant or bar. They closed years ago!!! Room was old and carpet looked as if not vacuumed. Had to sweep crumbs out of bed sheets. Building itself feels as if it’s about to crumble and fall down. Wonky uneven floors and dark hallways to get to your room. Room was on a main road so very noisy. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere!

Staff was very nice and helpful! We had no issues with our stay except for a small toilet leak.
