I had a very restful stay at the inside house for 3 nights. I booked a double room with balcony. Room was spacious, very clean, with good air conditioning, shower water pressure and blackout curtains that kept the room dark. Room was tastefully furnished, with an emphasis on traditional Thai design. The bed was very comfortable. The room was cleaned every day, and a turn firm service offered in the evening’s. Mini bar beverages and snacks were complimentary. The room came with an alacarte buffet breakfast and afternoon tea. The kitchen was good, and meals were delicious. I especially appreciated the wide range of options including healthier versions like açai bowls, and Thai meals like a very tasty longan pork rib noodle soup. The hotel is well situated in the old city, and features a lovely courtyard with a giant bodhi tree. I have no hesitation recommending this hotel. Tip: if you are sensitive to street noise as I am, ask for a room facing the back of the property.

We truly enjoyed our stay at The Inside House Chiang Mai! The unique rooms, amenities, and the staff’s attention to detail made our first visit so memorable. The grounds are stunning and centrally located to many cafes and restaurants in Old City. We will definitely stay again during our next visit to Chiang Mai.

This resort made me love breakfast again. Truly went to bed dreaming of it. 10000/10 The service is so intentional! The go above and beyond to really enhance and elevate the experience for everyone. You feel like royalty at all times. But also so laid back. It’s truly an oasis. We will absolutely be returning!

Nothing was overlooked—every moment felt special. The restaurant was simply outstanding—easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had, with exceptional food and impeccable service. And the massages… hands down the best we’ve ever had. Pure relaxation and indulgence. The Inside House is not just a place to stay—it’s an experience that stays with you. Absolute perfection from beginning to end.

Amazing breakfast. Almost too good. Would go to bed thinking about the awesome breakfast. Beautiful room and grounds. Pool was also pretty and perfect for dip for a break from the hot sun.
