Ideal location, close to public transportation, great staff

The duvets in the room can be improved. The quality was not good. The phone in the room didn’t work. Couldn’t contact the receptionist.

Breakfast was very limited, not even a good coffee to start a day. Plus they would charge €5 for the coffee machine if you want a decent one. Just so you know, if you are traveling with a toddler, they don’t have high chair in the petite breakfast room which was just not right for acceptable for a hotel. Front desk was friendly enough. Lobby gentleman was very kind and very helpful. The hotel itself located in a very busy area and a very tiny hotel with a very narrow corridors. Charged €55 for the transportation to istanbul airport.

Mr. Abdullah from Bonne Sante Hotel is a very supportive and kind gentleman. The hotel is excellent, located on the main street with the metro station just a 1-minute walk away. Shopping areas, food outlets, and restaurants are all nearby. I traveled with my three kids and felt completely safe and comfortable during our stay. We really enjoyed the trip!

Everything is not easy to earn

Property needs upgrade, wrong advertising it's not what was said when we were booking, no house keeping. Front desk were very welcoming, helpful friendly,

Nice staff, but the room needed some maintenance. The bathroom ceiling was black with mold. The breakfast was good. They charged 45 euro for transportation to the airport though 35 euro was mentioned on the hotels.com site. It was in a good location.

Staff were very kind and helpful. Perfect location. Close to public transport, many coffee shops and restaurants. Can be very noisy, but reasonably isolated windows.

Old hotel..... Good location....

We had such a bad experience staying at Bonnie Santa Hotel Taksim. The receptionist, Abdullah was extremely rude and unprofessional. They said their complimentary breakfast was from 8 to 10 am. When we arrived at 9 am, there was no food left. We along with other guests were surprised at their behavior. When we requested to speak to the manager, we were not allowed. His tone of voice and body language were quite rude. Cleanliness and overall service was below average. Check-in and check-out was difficult because you have to climb whole length of stairs with luggage through very narrow entrance.
