All staff are very friendly and helpful bed was very comfortable nice rooftop pool and breakfast buffet was excellent great location for bars and restaurants nothing negative to say

Other than the road traffic conditions outside of hotel, everything else is just excellent!! So comfortable especially the bed conditions doesn't gave you the dusty feeling especially for those travellers who are particular about the room sanity and has sensitive nose. However, the auto door closing is loud. Especially at night if you are light sleeper. But i think it is still acceptable personally.

A well-run, clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet Oasis in the chaos of Bangkok awaits. When I booked this 5-star hotel, I had no idea the amount of late-night partying just down the road from the Novotel. But, thankfully, this hotel was beautifully run and none of the noise permeated through. The staff took care of every detail with pride. And, the hotel restaurant and its 24-hour room service promptly brought up food, but unlike every hotel I've stayed in within the United States, the food was excellent. So, if extreme partying, revelry at all hours, and a bit of vice within one's perrifreal is unseemly to behold, maybe try a hotel in a quiet district instead. But, if you want to me in the epicenter of what makes late-night Bangkok epic: night markets, restaurants, night clubs, and more, then check out the best hotel in the area. Shout out to the restaurant's management and staff one more time. They really outdid themselves.

Really first rate accommodation.

The rooms are very dark and not much light fixtures, the bed is soft and not comfortable, and the doors to the rooms make very loud awful sound.

Good staff and service, but rooms are dated. Inadequate and broken usb and charger connections. Interesting that hotel is offering power Bank rentals?

The usual Novotel template if not more when compared to Aus formats which has been reduced in recent years. You’re in the heart of it here and the hotel was great.

The bathroom and rooms light are too less. Need sufficient light. Specially in toilets.

The breakfast selection was good ( but no cornflakes).

Did not have breakfast. Plenty of outside choice, much cheaper. Red rooftop bar was excellent and reasonably priced.
