There no electric iron in room.
There is no coffee and tea in house
There is no self service laundry. Have to go outside to pay and wash my cloth.

Location convenient to my place of work. Same day laundry service. Dining & coffee shop open late. Friendly & helpful staff.
They kept ignoring my request to stop bringing more towels, bottled water, coffee -- Wasteful

とても良い Second time I stayed here in about 7 seven years and for the price is good. Stayed in the A building which showed age in the room and bathroom. If you’re staying for work it’s a good place for the area, as not many other places looked like a better option. The restaurant food is very good quality. Grocery store inside is fairly priced. Salt wate pool is large and clean.

最高 Good local breakfast. Not much shopping you can do around the area. There is one CK Plaza about 700 m which you can reach by walking but choices of restaurant are very limited. You need to have a car to move around. The room is new and clean that gives you comfort sleep in the night. Well, it's good to have short stay like 1-2 days but not more than 3 days.

良い Pro: i) the location is perfect if you work in Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate. ii) good tasty breakfast iii) in house restaurant is very good with okay price iv) rooms in the main hotel building are beautiful and good condition
Con: i) the standard room they put me in the second week on the first night was in bad condition...run down walls ii) no sound proof iii) wash bowl was in bad condition
