Great hotel with lovely staff.

Fantastic location right in the heart of the monkey forest. You get the benefit of stepping out of the lobby onto the main streets with easy access to all the shops and restaurants whilst stepping into the resort grounds and feeling secluded in the beautiful jungle. The staff were so warm and helpful. And the breakfast was amazing. Particularly loved the egg station. We stayed in a two bedroom villa and it was exceptional. The pool was a great size.

This property is absolutely stunning and the staff were so kind and helpful. We booked a villa with a private pool. Can't even tell you how gorgeous the view of the pool and the entryway are! The property location is perfect since it's just a short walk down the road to the Monkey Forest or turn the other way and you're a short walk away from beautiful temples. The breakfast was delicious with a very healthy selection that included overnight oats, chia pudding, lots and lots of pastries, and a cook-to-order egg station. They also serve tea, coffee and snacks in the afternoon. If ever I'm back in Ubud, this is the place I'm booking.

Staff was outstanding

Amazing stay! Place was serene and room was clean. The neighborhood was so beautiful too. Breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious. Staff was friendly and patient. They also anticipated our needs really well. We told them we have a tour starting at 3.30am (before breakfast starts) and they offered to pack breakfast boxes for us without us even asking. We could also loan umbrellas and broke one, but the staff was kind to not ask for compensation. Two minor concerns were that the room is not very soundproof and there is a bar nearby that could be somewhat heard into the evening.

Clean , and good staff services.

The room was beautiful and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff were amazing. Every day after breakfast they would ask, “Is there anything we can do to make your stay better?” The hotel and grounds were stunning.
