千万别踩坑，这家住宿态度差，糟糕透了，是我住过的最差的酒店！千万不要踩坑！超级差！安排房间有歧视，我们亚洲人不要入住这个酒店！听劝！Avoid this place at all costs. The staff’s attitude was terrible, and the overall experience was absolutely awful. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The way the rooms were assigned felt discriminatory. I strongly advise Asian travelers not to stay at this hotel. Please take this warning seriously—do not make the same mistake. Extremely disappointing! Évitez absolument cet établissement. Fantastic service. Would do better with a variety of food to choose from

Very well located , short driving distance from Bern. Very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant is excellent. The room, immaculate. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Good property away from the masses. Good facilities but a pool would add. Staff friendly and helpful. Food good.

staff being so helpful as my rental car had issue and staff tried their best to help and resolved problem in a very short amount of time. great appreciated

It‘s an event location. First, the nice outdoor spots were all blocked for a wedding and then a business event. Dinner was ok, but kitchen staff clearly overwhelmed by all the events going on plus serving hotel guests. Staff was very nice and friendly. But don’t go there for a romantic weekend. Rooms are high-priced, Spa nothing special. Rooms are renovated, our bathroom not however. Worst: We heard party music from the wedding until almost 2am in our garden-view room. In a drawer there were 2 packs of earplugs and a note that said, In case you hear ghosts roaming around in the castle. We‘ll, the humor was lost on me since we spent a lot of money there (dinner too). Sorry, that‘s a no go for such an establishment.
