Bruyant… bruit de la route ET des avions, proche des commodités et restaurants. J’ai trouvé les tapis sales mais les lits confortables.

Absolutely outstanding. The team goes over and above to make you fell extra welcome!

Very polite staff and very helpful

The staff were very friendly. The only "complaint" we have was this- we checked in on a Thursday and the room was cleaned on Friday, but not again until Monday. We had to request coffee and towels several times.

Could not control the cooling system in the room, but other than that, the room was fantastic and the pool was an extra bonus. Very spacious to house a lot of people. Nice to have a golf cart to get around, especially down the long hallways.

It could use a refresh. Ar least in my room.

Overall it was a good stay (second year in a row, same weekend,6 nights), clean room, very comfortable bed. My complaints are minor but could make a stay more enjoyable. Now I do not know if all the bathrooms are set up like this but there was a serious lack of hooks for towels. The room I had (7216) had 2 Queen beds, so in theory could sleep up to 4 people. There was 1, yes only 1, hook on the wall beside the shower. On the front of the vanity there was a small bar for a hand/face towel. Most women use 2 towels, 1 for hair 1 for body, so I was already short a hook. Imagine 4 people in that room. This hotel also has a swimming pool, where was I supposed to hang a bathing suit or another towel? Another problem with the bathroom was the lack of a wall mounted swivel mirror and adequate lighting. Lastly on a personal note, I wanted to watch the Montreal Canadiens hockey game on CBC. The ONLY 2 channels I found that had the game was CityTV showing the ESPN feed through CBS, so a completely American feed OR a CBC channel that broadcast in Punjabi!! I had to watch the game on my phone! I did not have breakfast at the hotel.

Positives: Nice hotel, clean room, convenient location. Negatives: Parking is expensive, and plane noise can be annoying. Overall, nice hotel that I’d stay at again! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the onsite restaurants were great. There is a lot of plane noise from the airport, but it mostly dies down before bedtime and didn’t interfere with sleeping.
