Unfortunately, my stay was affected by excessive noise because the property allowed guests to do karaoke right in front of the shared pool area. It was very disruptive and made it difficult to relax. What made it even more disappointing was that there is a clearly posted “No Party” sign in the common area, yet it didn’t seem to be enforced.

Dirty and poor wifi

Family with kids spend 4 nights. The kids loved the pool and beach

The facilities and room amenities are not taken care of properly. Check-in process is ok but seems like there is shortage of staff.

Old and dated place , needs loads of maintenance and TLC. Staff speak basic English. Breakfast is very poor quality, I suppose standard for the hotel, as in poor quality. Pool is nice. Over all, to stay here set your expectations low. I must say..... I would not come back.

Many mosquito N fly Bed dirty also Very disappointed

Rooms were nice and pool was nice. There is no sandy beach, though, and breakfast was disappointing. The staff seems quite indifferent and unfriendly, made us feel as if we were burdening them each time we asked for anything.

Didn’t clean up the room while we stayed 2nights. No replace anything in the room. Breakfast time is 7-9am, but we go restaurant at 8am, there was no customer and no enough food for 4of us, I asked the staff should refill noodles and breads,no the answer was ‘NO’ I was cheated as the staff asked me paid 20000Vnd for a small bottle of water, but I asked a receipt and found there’s stated ‘water And 7-up’ instead of a bottle of water .

Staff was nice they help us to call bus company to picking up

I don’t know if other rooms in the resort are the same or better but for sure, the room my kids and i stayed was bad; lots of mosquitoes, the air conditioning’s water was leaking like waterfall ending up with a “lake” in the morning. There was also bed bugs that i found but did not want to alarm the kids. There wasn’t so much selections for the breakfast and repeated the same every day. On the other hands, the service was good, you get what you ask for. The location is great because you can get to restaurants and surroundings within walking distance! The beach was awesome; my kids enjoyed swimming and tanning out there until the last minute.
